Delivery and transportation
Available items are sent by post within approximately 2 to 7 days. Participation on your part is requested only once per order. We generally roast our coffees on Saturday and send orders on Monday.
PLEASE NOTE: Orbital Coffee Roasters does not deliver its packages to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship, unless authorized in writing by the parents or guardian.
Return or exchange of goods
The items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels containing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of your package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are free.
Price and payment terms
The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included and guaranteed.
Items covered by a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.
Payment methods: Payment is possible via Credit Card and Twint.
Legal guarantees
Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to rule out obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.
Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for managing the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.
Applicable law and legal forum
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the Sarine District Court. The French version of this document is the only official and legally binding version.
