Polaris is our first house blend and offers an intense, complex cup and pairs particularly well with milk drinks. We recommend preparation using an automatic machine and Italian coffee maker.

The three component coffees are roasted separately and then mixed in a ratio giving us a lot of complexity, an intense body and a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is a coffee allowing a large margin of error on the extraction parameters.
